SAMPLE MENU

Dinner can be offered from the Bain Marie in a self serve situation or a more formal plated dinner can be offered. Choice of buffet or seated meal would need to be pre arranged to ensure adequate supplies of cutlery, china and table linen.

BUFFET DINNER:

Hot Carvery of 4 Meats - Turkey, Lamb, Beef and Pork. Baked Potato, Carrot, Parsnip and Pumpkin with Hot Gravy, Cranberry Sauce, Apple Sauce and Mint Jelly.

Poached butterfish with sauce Hollandaise and Lemon Wedges.

Sweet Potato, Spinach and Mushroom Risotto.

A selection of green vegetables to accompany would be selected from fresh produce in season.

COLD TABLE:

Whole virginia Leg Ham carved at the Buffet. Boned, stuffed and Roasted.

Chicken Roulade with Mango Chutney and Grapes.

Mustard dressed whole porterhouse seared on the chargriller then oven roasted. Served rare. Selection of 5 salads.

DESSERT:

Hot Apple Crumble with Custard and Cream.

Chocolate self saucing Pudding

Tangy Lemon Meringue Pie.

Platter of portioned fruit and berries in season.

Bread rolls and butter.

As a variety for evening meal the Italian Feast, Chinese Banquet, Spit Roast or a Mexican Fiesta theme dinner can be arranged. Menu selection will ensure that all tastes are catered for and all dietary requirements are fulfilled.
